Shagun Baid

Shagun Baid is an investor and operator who co-founded Baid Tech Ventures, the family office through which the family invests across India and international listed markets and emerging growth stories with a research-led approach. Before this, she led fintech platform work across the APAC region at her family's flagship software company, leaving her with a builder's instinct and a lasting affinity for backing high-growth businesses. She read for her undergraduate degree at the University of St Andrews and her master's at the Indian School of Business. Beyond the markets, she enjoys classic English literature, golden-age Bollywood, and chairs her golf team at 72 The League.

Having built a company from inception to global scale, he brings an entrepreneur's perspective to investing.

Through Baid TechVentures, Anil partners with founders and leadership teams over the long term, with a focus on enterprise software, artificial intelligence, healthcare, banking and financial services, and other technology-led businesses. His investment philosophy reflects the same principles that guided his entrepreneurial journey: long-term thinking, disciplined execution, and trusted partnerships.

Shrey Baid

Shrey Baid is an investor and co-founder at Baid TechVentures, where he oversees private equity and alternative assets. He works from a documented investment policy and a research-led process, with a focus on businesses where technology is a real edge, not a theme, and where that edge shows up in the numbers.

Shrey builds as well as invests. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Nohvum, an AI-native software services firm delivering state-of-the-art solutions for regulated industries. Earlier, he worked at Meta on Instagram Reels recommendations and on Threads content safety and recommendations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Outside the markets, Shrey shoots landscape photography, is an avid runner, and follows Formula 1.
